June 1, 2019 - Preston Seratt Dominates in Season Debut at Camden Speedway

“This has been the longest hiatus of my racing career. Between building a new house, a new shop, new businesses and focusing on my son Lane’s career, there just hasn’t been any time to race,” Seratt said. “I appreciate all of my sponsors for sticking with me. This car was fast in 2018, when we last raced it, and we unloaded fast again on Saturday night at Camden. I plan to hit a handful of additional events throughout the year, when Lane isn’t racing his Go-Kart.”

Making his first start of the season, Preston Seratt invaded Camden Speedway (Camden, Tennessee) on Saturday night. Gaining two spots in his heat, Seratt scored a heat race victory positioning him on the pole for the Durrence Layne Street Stock feature. Leading flag-to-flag, Seratt cruised to his first win of the season, which came over Keaton Downing, Wyatt Hill, Charles Zimmerman, and Jason Dukes.

April 20, 2019 - Lane Leads Flag-to-Flag at SEMO Raceway
Lane Seratt and the team traveled to SEMO Raceway (Sikeston, Missouri) on Saturday pulling double duty for the opening round of the TOP Dog Series. Following the fastest time overall in time trials in the Red Plate division, Lane led wire-to-wire in the feature capturing his eighth win of the season.

In the JR 1 ranks, Seratt battled back after being sent to the tail of the field in the feature to place 5th.

April 13, 2019 - Lane Seratt Grabs a Pair of Podium Finishes at Hartsmill Highbanks
Saturday night saw Lane Seratt and the team make the last minute decision to attend Hartsmill Highbanks (Trezevant, Tennessee) competing in the Red Plate and JR. 1 divisions. With an abundance of rain make track conditions very rough, Lane held onto to a 2nd place finish in JR. 1 ranks and a 3rd place finish in the Red Plate division. He will return to action next weekend at SEMO Raceway (Sikeston, Missouri) for the first round of the TOP DOG series.

January 4, 2019 - Seratt Racing Reflects on Transformative 2018 Campaign; Father-and-Son Duo Look Ahead to Continued Growth in 2019
` The 2018 season was a bit different than the norm for veteran racer, Preston Seratt. The chauffer of the J&P Machine & Repair #29 KSE Racing Products Street Stock only entered a handful of races.

August 17, 2018 - Preston Seratt Attends Street Stock Nationals at Whynot; Saturday's Finale Postponed to September 1st
`Preston Seratt invaded Whynot Motorsports Park (Meridian, Mississippi) on Friday evening for the 6th annual Southern Street Stock Nationals. In a stout field of 136 Street Stocks, Seratt recorded the 11th fastest time in his qualifying group earning him the 6th-starting position for his Qualifier Feature. Running on a track with a lot of moisture, Preston got into a tangle with another car on the third lap that ended his night early. He was credited with a 19th place outing. June 16, 2018 - Seratt Bags Runner-up Finish in the Clash at the Mag at Magnolia
Friday night found Preston Seratt in action at Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) for the two-day Clash at the Mag. In a field of 25 Mid-South Big 10 Street Sock Series entries, Seratt followed up the fastest time overall in qualifying with a heat race victory. Earning the pole position for the $2,000-to-win A-Main on Saturday night, Preston dropped one spot in the 30-lapper registering a runner-up finish behind Justin McRee with Johnny Stokes, Bryan Fortner, and Lee Ray completing the Top-5 finishers.

May 12, 2018 - Preston Seratt Follows Big 10 Street Stock Series to North AL Speedway
On Saturday night Preston Seratt followed the Mid-South Big 10 Street Stock Series to North Alabama Speedway (Tuscumbia, Alabama) competing in a field of 24 Street Stocks. After laying down the fastest time overall in qualifying and leading every lap of the Speed Dash, race officials determined that the stock brake calipers on his car were illegal and he had to surrender his fast time awards and his pole position starting spot for the feature.

April 28, 2018 - Seratt Records Podium Finish in Golden Egg Street Stock Nationals at the Mag
`Over the weekend Preston Seratt came up a little short in his bid to win Mid-South Big 10 Street Stock Series’ Golden Egg Spring Nationals at Magnolia Motor Speedway.

However, that didn’t mean that the pilot of the J&P Machine & Repair #29 Lowery’s Body Shop & Wrecker Service Street Stock didn’t have a blast recording a great run against a talent-laden field of racers.

“I don’t think I’ve ever been so happy after finishing third because man oh man that was a heck of a feature race with some really good drivers,” Seratt proudly stated. “Hands down that was the best race I’ve ever been a part of. Those guys raced hard, but they raced clean and you can’t ask for anymore than that.”

On Friday night Preston Seratt made the trip to Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) to compete in preliminary action for the two-day Golden Egg Street Stock Nationals.

In a stout field of 49 Street Stocks, Seratt qualified eighth-fastest overall before streaking to a heat race victory.

Earning the second-starting position for the 50-lap feature on Saturday evening, Preston and Justin McCree swapped back-in-forth for the lead for much of the final 25 circuits until Bryan Fortner ultimately passed Seratt and McRee in the closing laps for the victory.

Seratt crossed the finish line in third with T.J. Herndon and Kyle Livingood rounding out the Top-5 finishers.

With his finish Preston took over the lead in the Mid-South Big 10 Street Stock Series standings.
