November 28, 2020 - Indoor Kart Championship brings Lane Seratt to Mississippi
`Friday night saw Lane Seratt return to action at Batesville Civic Center (Batesville, Miss.) for the 30th annual O’Reilly National Indoor Kart Championship. With time trials setting the grid for the opening night features, Seratt posted the seventh fastest time in a field of 32 JR 1 entries. Battling for the win late in the main event, Lane got turned around by another competitor that dropped him back to ninth. After timing in second fastest overall in the JR 1 Pro ranks, Seratt made hard contact with the wall while challenging for the win with two-to-go that brought an immediate end to his evening.

The following night, Lane came in sixth in JR 1 Pro division and second in a field of 30 JR 1 entries. He was involved in a tangle in the JR 1 Pro feature that ended his weekend early.

October 17, 2020 - Preston Seratt finishes fourth in Cotton Bowl Cup at Clayhill
`Preston Seratt returned to action on Saturday night at Clayhill Speedway (Atwood, Tenn.) piloting his J&P Machine Repair No. 29 Street Stock for the Cotton Bowl Cup. Starting the night off with a heat race victory, Seratt earned the third-starting position for the $5,000-to-win A-Main. October 3, 2020 - Pair of Top-5 finishes at Beaver Creek Speedway in Burris SE Tour action
`Saturday night found Lane Seratt in action at Beaver Creek Speedway (Toney, Ala.) pulling doubly duty in the JR 1 and JR 2 divisions for the Burris SE Tour. After timing in third fastest overall in JR 2 ranks, Seratt was battling for second in the feature when a late-race bobble dropped him back to fourth. In the JR 1 division, Lane followed up the fifth fastest lap in time trials with a runner-up finish in the feature.

September 27, 2020 - Top-10 finish in Patriot Speedway's Big O Tribute
`On Friday evening Seratt Racing made the trek to Patriots Speedway (Blacksburg, S.C.) to take part in the Big O Tribute. After Mother Nature wiped out Friday and Saturday night’s event, Lane Seratt salvaged a ninth-place outing in the JR 1 Pro feature.

September 11, 2020 - Preston Seratt scores runner-up finish in Street Stock at Poplar Bluff
`Saturday night saw Preston Seratt return to action at Poplar Bluff Motorsports Park (Poplar Bluff, Mo.) piloting his J&P Machine Repair No. 29 Street Stock. Following a second place finish in his heat race, Preston clawed forward one spot in the feature to place second.

September 5, 2020 - Fourth place finish in JR 2 division at Talladega Short Track
`Lane Seratt headed to Talladega Short Track Raceway Park (Eastaboga, Ala.) on Saturday night for the Fall Classic. After battling for a podium spot late in the JR 1 feature, Seratt got spun around after taking control of the second-place spot. In the JR 2 division, Lane scored a fourth place finish in the A-Main.

August 29, 2020 - One win and two runner-up finishes highlight Lane Seratt's weekend at BC
`On Saturday afternoon Lane Seratt returned to Beaver Creek Speedway (Toney, Ala.) competing in the JR 1 and JR 2 ranks. After a pair of runner-up finishes in the JR 1 classes, Seratt ran away with his 12th win of the season in the JR 2 feature.

July 25, 2020 - Pair of Top-5 finishes in Race of Champions at Waynesfield
` Seratt Racing made the trek to Waynesfield Motor Sports Park (Waynesfield, Ohio) on Saturday afternoon to take part in the Midwest Race of Champions. After running into issues in time trials, Lane marched forward five spots in the JR 2 feature to finish behind Lane Woods, Gaige Weldon, Preston Scott, and Dylan Trost. Earning the 11th-starting position for the Jr 2 Pro A-Main, Seratt passed six cars to place fifth behind Lane Woods, Gaige Weldon, Dylan Trost, and Blake Dillard.

July 4, 2020 - Trio of podium finishes at Beaver Creek Speedway
`Lane Seratt returned to Beaver Creek Speedway (Toney, Ala.) competing in the JR 1, JR 2, and Heavy divisions. After coming in second in all three ranks, Seratt recorded a second place finish in the JR 1 before a heated battle in Heavy resulted in a third place finish. Swapping back-in-forth for the lead in the JR 2 division, Lane slipped up late to place third.

June 13, 2020 - Top 5 finish in JR1 Pro division at Dawgwood Speedway
`Lane Seratt and Seratt Racing returned to Dawgwood Speedway (Chatsworth, Ga.) on Saturday night competing in the JR1 and JR1 Pro divisions. After topping the speed charts in the JR1 Pro time trials, Seratt logged the third fastest time in JR1 qualifying. In the feature, Lane came in fourth in the JR1 Pro main event but was an early retiree from the JR1 A-Main.

June 6, 2020 - Lane Seratt Climbs to Runner-up Finish in JR1 Ranks at Beaver Creek
`Saturday night found Lane Seratt in action at Beaver Creek Speedway (Toney, AL) to kick off the Alabama Burris State Championship in the JR1 and JR1 Pro divisions. Earning the fourth-starting position for JR1 feature, Lane advanced forward two spots to register a second place finish. After passing for second in the JR1 Pro feature, Seratt suffered a broken gear that sidelined him for the remainder of the evening.

`On Saturday night Lane Seratt traveled to Dawgwood Speedway (Chatsworth, Ga.) powering his J&P Machine Repair No. 29 entry for the opening round of the Burris SE Tour. Reeling in a Top-5 finish in the JR. 1 division feature, Seratt muscled his Ultramax Racing Chassis to a fifth place finish. In the JR. Pro division, Lane crossed the finish line in 13th when the checkered flag flew.

May 9, 2020 - Lane Seratt Faces Stiff Competition at Georgia Karting Complex
` After nearly a two-month hiatus due to the ongoing Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, Lane Seratt returned to action on Saturday evening at Georgia Karting Complex (Carnesville, Ga.) making his first start of the season at the red-clay oval. Competing in a stiff field with drivers nearly twice his age, Lane fell one spot shy of a Top-10 finish in the JR. 1 ranks with an 11th place outing. He went on to place 14th in the JR. Pro division feature.

May 8, 2020 - J and P Machine Repair Expands Services to Programming Side-By-Sides
` Dyersburg, Tennessee-based J&P Machine Repair has been specializing in diesel engine performance, repair, and programming for more than a decade. The company has recently expanded its repertoire to now include programming for Side-By-Sides (SxS)

March 15, 2020 - Pair of Top 5 Finishes in Spring Indoor Nationals at Crossroads Arena
` After Mother Nature wiped out his original plans, Lane Seratt invaded Crossroads Arena (Corinth, Mississippi) on Saturday night for the two-day North Mississippi Spring Indoor Nationals. Lane posted a sixth-place finish in his JR 1 entry before coming in fifth in the JR Pro ranks.

On Sunday afternoon, Seratt followed up a runner-up finish in the JR 1 division with a fourth-place finish in the JR Pro division.

February 29, 2020 - Seratt Back in Victory Lane at Beaver Creek Speedway

February 2, 2020 - King of Kings Shootout Brings Lane Seratt to Martin TN
On Saturday afternoon Lane Seratt visited the University of Tennessee Martin Agricultural Complex (Martin, Tennessee) for the eighth annual King of Kings Shootout. Competing in two different divisions, Lane followed up the second fastest qualifying time in the Red Plate with 2nd place finish in the feature after challenging the leader for the top spot on the final lap. In the JR 1 ranks, Seratt qualified on the pole but dropped one spot in the A-Main to place 2nd.

Returning on Sunday afternoon, Lane salvaged a 7th place finish in the Red Plate feature after his qualifying session set him behind the eight-ball. In the JR 1 division, Seratt worked his way up to a 3rd place finish when the checkered flag flew.

January 18, 2020 - Lane Seratt Tops Blizzard Bash in Red Plate at Liberty

January 11, 2020 - Lane Seratt Enjoys Two-Win Weekend in Indoor Karting Championship
`On Saturday night Lane Seratt headed to Bob Martin Eastern Agricultural Center (Williamston, North Carolina) for the 12th annual Indoor Karting Championship. Sweeping the weekend in two separate divisions, Lane topped both the JR 1 and Red Plate ranks.

January 4, 2020 - Lane Seratt Opens 2020 Season with Victory at Coyote Run
Lane Seratt kicked off his 2020 season on Saturday afternoon at Coyote Run Arena Speedway (Mason, Tennessee) pulling double duty in the JR 1 and Red Plate ranks. After starting the night off with a victory in the Red Plate feature, Seratt scored a 4th place finish in the JR 1 A-Main.

June 1, 2019 - Preston Seratt Dominates in Season Debut at Camden Speedway

“This has been the longest hiatus of my racing career. Between building a new house, a new shop, new businesses and focusing on my son Lane’s career, there just hasn’t been any time to race,” Seratt said. “I appreciate all of my sponsors for sticking with me. This car was fast in 2018, when we last raced it, and we unloaded fast again on Saturday night at Camden. I plan to hit a handful of additional events throughout the year, when Lane isn’t racing his Go-Kart.”

Making his first start of the season, Preston Seratt invaded Camden Speedway (Camden, Tennessee) on Saturday night. Gaining two spots in his heat, Seratt scored a heat race victory positioning him on the pole for the Durrence Layne Street Stock feature. Leading flag-to-flag, Seratt cruised to his first win of the season, which came over Keaton Downing, Wyatt Hill, Charles Zimmerman, and Jason Dukes.

April 20, 2019 - Lane Leads Flag-to-Flag at SEMO Raceway
Lane Seratt and the team traveled to SEMO Raceway (Sikeston, Missouri) on Saturday pulling double duty for the opening round of the TOP Dog Series. Following the fastest time overall in time trials in the Red Plate division, Lane led wire-to-wire in the feature capturing his eighth win of the season.

In the JR 1 ranks, Seratt battled back after being sent to the tail of the field in the feature to place 5th.

April 13, 2019 - Lane Seratt Grabs a Pair of Podium Finishes at Hartsmill Highbanks
Saturday night saw Lane Seratt and the team make the last minute decision to attend Hartsmill Highbanks (Trezevant, Tennessee) competing in the Red Plate and JR. 1 divisions. With an abundance of rain make track conditions very rough, Lane held onto to a 2nd place finish in JR. 1 ranks and a 3rd place finish in the Red Plate division. He will return to action next weekend at SEMO Raceway (Sikeston, Missouri) for the first round of the TOP DOG series.

January 4, 2019 - Seratt Racing Reflects on Transformative 2018 Campaign; Father-and-Son Duo Look Ahead to Continued Growth in 2019
` The 2018 season was a bit different than the norm for veteran racer, Preston Seratt. The chauffer of the J&P Machine & Repair #29 KSE Racing Products Street Stock only entered a handful of races.

August 17, 2018 - Preston Seratt Attends Street Stock Nationals at Whynot; Saturday's Finale Postponed to September 1st
`Preston Seratt invaded Whynot Motorsports Park (Meridian, Mississippi) on Friday evening for the 6th annual Southern Street Stock Nationals. In a stout field of 136 Street Stocks, Seratt recorded the 11th fastest time in his qualifying group earning him the 6th-starting position for his Qualifier Feature. Running on a track with a lot of moisture, Preston got into a tangle with another car on the third lap that ended his night early. He was credited with a 19th place outing. June 16, 2018 - Seratt Bags Runner-up Finish in the Clash at the Mag at Magnolia
Friday night found Preston Seratt in action at Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) for the two-day Clash at the Mag. In a field of 25 Mid-South Big 10 Street Sock Series entries, Seratt followed up the fastest time overall in qualifying with a heat race victory. Earning the pole position for the $2,000-to-win A-Main on Saturday night, Preston dropped one spot in the 30-lapper registering a runner-up finish behind Justin McRee with Johnny Stokes, Bryan Fortner, and Lee Ray completing the Top-5 finishers.

May 12, 2018 - Preston Seratt Follows Big 10 Street Stock Series to North AL Speedway
On Saturday night Preston Seratt followed the Mid-South Big 10 Street Stock Series to North Alabama Speedway (Tuscumbia, Alabama) competing in a field of 24 Street Stocks. After laying down the fastest time overall in qualifying and leading every lap of the Speed Dash, race officials determined that the stock brake calipers on his car were illegal and he had to surrender his fast time awards and his pole position starting spot for the feature.

April 28, 2018 - Seratt Records Podium Finish in Golden Egg Street Stock Nationals at the Mag
`Over the weekend Preston Seratt came up a little short in his bid to win Mid-South Big 10 Street Stock Series’ Golden Egg Spring Nationals at Magnolia Motor Speedway.

However, that didn’t mean that the pilot of the J&P Machine & Repair #29 Lowery’s Body Shop & Wrecker Service Street Stock didn’t have a blast recording a great run against a talent-laden field of racers.

“I don’t think I’ve ever been so happy after finishing third because man oh man that was a heck of a feature race with some really good drivers,” Seratt proudly stated. “Hands down that was the best race I’ve ever been a part of. Those guys raced hard, but they raced clean and you can’t ask for anymore than that.”

On Friday night Preston Seratt made the trip to Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) to compete in preliminary action for the two-day Golden Egg Street Stock Nationals.

In a stout field of 49 Street Stocks, Seratt qualified eighth-fastest overall before streaking to a heat race victory.

Earning the second-starting position for the 50-lap feature on Saturday evening, Preston and Justin McCree swapped back-in-forth for the lead for much of the final 25 circuits until Bryan Fortner ultimately passed Seratt and McRee in the closing laps for the victory.

Seratt crossed the finish line in third with T.J. Herndon and Kyle Livingood rounding out the Top-5 finishers.

With his finish Preston took over the lead in the Mid-South Big 10 Street Stock Series standings.
